The Extension Isn’t Loading

If the POP Chrome Extension is stuck on a loading spinner, the most common cause is blocked third-party cookies.

1. Open Chrome.
2. Open the three-dot menu and go to Settings.
3. Open Privacy and Security, then Site Settings.
4. Open Cookies and Site Data.
5. Allow the cookies required for the extension to function.

Incognito mode and restrictive browser settings can also block the extension. After finishing your optimization work, you can restore your preferred privacy settings.
